Founded in 2014 by Director and Award Winning Architectural Technologist, Matt, the team has grown from strength to strength since our first project. Based in Salford, Grays has a reputation of being a no nonsense, go to design focused service provider, who drive amazing results for our partners and projects.

Our contributions to Manchester’s architectural heritage and progression can be found across the city and into Cheshire.

Matt Gray - Director

Matt has been an Architectural Technologist since 1997. He has always had a fascination with design and building and followed his ambitions of creating amazing spaces with the founding of Grays Architecture in 2014.

An award winning designer, Matt is an in demand industry figure and has a wealth of experience and praise from the sector.

Andrew Gent

Andrew has been with Grays since day one, he has been an AT since 2012 and graduated at Bolton. He’s very diligent, great at relationship building and the clients have great confidence in him. He has a dog called Boris.

Luke Carr

Luke is a final year student at Leeds studying AT and has been with us for the last couple of years. Luke is outgoing and social and has a very bright future in front of him in the sector.

Libby Gray - Office Manager

Libby has been with the business since it started in 2014. Vastly experienced in recruitment and contract management, she is passionate about people and their skills and finding out how those skills can fit in to our organisation.
